Sylvia Fernandes has extensive experience in helping executives of all levels progress their career and work objectives.
Sylvia is a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Trainer who trained with the co-founders of NLP. In 2002 she started as a Behavioural Change Specialist in Sydney and is now based in Singapore.
She has worked with many organisations in implementing immediate positive change to achieve long-term optimal results. Her specialisation covers consulting, training, coaching and facilitation, with a proven track record of blue chip clients.
Her understanding of corporate needs and cross-cultural issues come from having worked in large organisations across the Asia Pacific Region, which include Maybank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, [email protected], Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Consulting, IBM Global Services Australia, Peoplesoft.

As the youngest member of the team, Daryl connects particularly well with young adults.
Having recently graduated from Singapore Management University himself, he closely understands the struggles that young employees face as they enter the workforce.
As an ENFJ (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), Daryl has always been drawn to helping people reach their full potential. His role models are Anthony Robbin and Nick Vujicic, both who have immense impact on their clients’ lives.
Having done a brief stint in the fast-paced world of advertising, Daryl personally relates to the daily challenges of the Singaporean worker. In fact, it was during his time in advertising when Daryl encountered NLP, which spurred him to take control of his life.
As he now focuses and hones his craft in NLP full-time, he uses this powerful tool to help his clients improve their performance and ultimately create a life that they truly desire.
Felicia has experience with running a team, dealing with corporate clients and setting up new business.
Whilst working in her corporate events company, she continued to reach out to people through health and fitness as a fitness instructor for over a decade. In recent years, she has decided to take on a more specific role in bringing new fitness trends (such as trampoline fitness) to Singapore.
Felicia has always been intrigued as to what makes people passionate about life and how people can make a positive change and impact others. She is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner who uses these skills in her current work, fitness and corporate mentoring and coaching programs.
Her focus is to bring about more effective people and leaders through her mentoring programs.
Isha Bedi brings her counselling experience and collaborative approach to help people address issues around their personal growth and mental health.
A Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, she works on bringing clarity and change in people’s state of mind. Isha has been attached to Nulife Care & Counseling Centre where she has worked with women, youth and elderly. She is a volunteer at the Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA), Bethany Methodist Nursing Home and Marine Parade Family Service Centre.
MBA by profession, Isha decided to give up her corporate career and follow her passion in becoming a counsellor, so as to help people empower themselves.

Katy le Blanc is originally from the Netherlands but has spent the past 26 years in Asia. She has lived in Hong Kong, Jakarta, and now resides in Singapore.
She ran her own company ‘The Antique Express’, a wholesale business in furniture and decorative items for 23 years.
In 2006 Katy decided to study Ayurveda and Yoga. She established her company ‘Ayuryoga’ where she provides services as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle consultant and Hatha Yoga Instructor. Katy also does private lessons and teaches yoga at other centers.
More recently Katy has become an NLP Practitioner, passionate about reaching out to a wider circle of people. Her love for people and knowledge of so many spiritual modalities makes Katy a coach that people endear to.
She is also a Director of Vriens & Partners where she has managed the Finance portfolio and continues to do so.
Pulling her entrepreneurial, financial and spiritual skills, Katy cuts the mustard for people seeking a more empowered life.
As a personal trainer in the fitness industry since 2004, Angel has accrued much experiences in working with people across myriad walks of life.
Through her research and education she picked up relevant skills that cover a broad spectrum of issues related to the physical body. However, she soon realised that matters of the physical body need to be dealt with from other realms beyond the physical approach.
Stress, mental, emotional and other psychological factors often undermine efforts to resolve physique and health issues, and only a holistic approach can yield a long lasting sustainable result.
Research into the field of mind discipline, and human motivation led to her interest in NLP. She has recently been certified as a practitioner of NLP. This has given her a better understanding of the influences of the mind.
Honoured to be the first lady partner in the Kuala Lumpur Office of KPMG Malaysia, Shalet worked there for more than 30 years in various capacities – among them as head of Country Risk Management and Compliance and Chief Financial Officer from 2008- 2010 – after which she left to follow her love of mentoring and coaching.

She has extensive operational experience in client services delivery within tight reporting frameworks and understanding the needs of clients and businesses. She is experienced in assessing problems, identifying strengths and inherent weaknesses and developing viable solutions and is recognised as a trouble-shooter.
Tania Harris is a dynamic and result focused trainer, who motivates her participants at a physical, emotional and intellectual level. She has worked as an Executive Coach and Trainer in Singapore and Hong Kong for more than a decade.
Her early experience covers a successful career of 17 years in managerial and consultancy positions in blue chip companies in Paris, London, Madrid and Rome.
Her fluency in 5 languages has been a significant factor in her understanding of the importance of clear communication and her appreciation of the challenges of working within multi-cultural environments.
She has also worked extensively in the Asia Pacific Region, Middle East and Europe. Individual projects included training the successful Beijing Olympic team pitch for the 2008 Olympic games, and coaching the first Singapore Everest expedition team to communicate effectively with the media.
Tania founded Out2Win, a boutique executive coaching and consulting company in 2002. Out2Win specialises in persuasive face-to-face business communication skills to guarantee behavioural change.
