Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an accelerated learning model which is highly efficient and easily applied to work and life. Used in the workplace it is a model that influences human behaviour to high performance. 

With 20 years international experience under her belt, Sylvia Fernandes's track record of awarding participants to this course with an international certification, co-signed by one of the co-founders of NLP, is held in high esteem. 

This series of powerful behaviour change models has the potential to create profound and lasting change in individuals and organisation cultures, which then manifest in productivity improvement. All this from simply learning processes that impact communication, leadership, sales, team performance and coaching, amongst others.

The ease and simplicity of using NLP tools is where the power lies,  in creating and impacting bottom-line results. Learning valuable tools that make you a better coach (whether a parent or team leader), improve mental health and have you live from purpose, are only gained from heightened awareness and consciousness.  

More recently, in response to Covid-19 we have employed a blended-learning approach - Series A and B online courses in modular format followed by a 7-day in-person course conducted in two modules. This varied approach to learning which is stretched over a few months, targets all types of learners and gives participants critical time to integrate what they have learnt. 

This highly interactive program makes learning fun and enjoyable but most of all refocuses the internal compass of participants, attracting love, joy and happiness.
