INTRODUCTION
VIA Frontiers was founded in Sydney in 2002 and relocated to Singapore in 2007. We help companies install high performance cultures and improve mental wellness to heighten employee motivation & engagement.
We use established Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to establish corporate coaching practices within companies. Through our NLP programs, we empower leaders, managers and their teams to higher levels of operating. Our objective for our clients is to reach elite levels of performance at record speeds.
We install a high-performance culture in companies using methodologies that are practical, sustainable and efficient. Our holistic approach to corporate issues lends itself to training, facilitating and coaching as we identify and resolve issues. It is important that our programs are highly experiential and engaging to encourage a higher retention rate.
We firmly believe that our clients retain more of what they learn when modules are broken down into easily digested segments. All of our clients enjoy having fun at our programs and love the fact that content learnt can be so easily applied.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
At VIA Frontiers, we have always been passionate about working in social enterprise projects.
In 2016, we began a partnership with AGAPE Connecting People who operate a call centre in Changi Prison.
Our mandate was to improve performance and customer service levels of each telemarketer.
We had two touch points monthly, coaching and training agents.
Our deeper objective was to eradicate the negative emotional programming inherent in each agent
and help them re-integrate back into society, once released.
