Create Your Luck!

So the New Year has arrived and you are hopefully wondering how to manifest a life that you love. You may think this is only for the elite few who are lucky. What if I told you luck is created?

There is a formula and strategy to this. I know as I even wrote a book about it called “Bye Bye Black Cat – Turn Your Luck Around And Realise Opportunities” This came from an innate desire to prove people wrong. 

I was often called the lucky one but I knew I worked hard in the background to make that luck happen. Serendipity sat at the centre of it all. The deal was to put in loads of energy directed towards one thing that I totally wanted and once momentum picked up, I would let it take off with a life of its own.

I didn’t know it then but now I see the pattern. After all as human beings, our unconscious mind works in patterns and trends. I realised a few things about manifestation;
​

• Connect to the five senses – be present and alert. Observe your experience and play fully in life. This begins to pull the dots together and form a big picture
• Then you will begin to sense timing. When to do something and when to sit back. When the door opens and when it’s time to take the opportunity
• Seize when opportunity strikes. Go through the door and enjoy the new landscape. Work with what needs to be attended to and move on. This leads you to yet another new place
• Continue doing this till you know you have done what it takes. It is time to sit back and allow the unfolding of what is to take place. By this time you have created Luck and others are in awe of you
• This is how I created my new life. While some may have aspirations to be better parents, others like me were seeking a reinvention to soar in their new  careers.

A serious reflection around Purpose helped me steer in the right direction. I value the time to ponder and contemplate my naval as some call it. The WHY of the course I was about to chart. What would I do when I had realised this goal?

More and more the conviction to help others. I came from a materialistic family where money was valued over any other resource. While I realise the importance of money, I also heightened my awareness around what money really meant.

In our physical world, money represented an exchange of energy. I received money in exchange for kindness, for instance. I realised that resources like kindness and love were also a type of resource, side lined by many. This is where my work to expand the view of others began.

I was single minded that the world would be a better place if we had the propensity to increase our level of generosity of spirit. I gave and others gave too. I learnt how to receive. The two-way mechanism was unleashed.
This produced beautiful outcomes in terms of friendships. Angels on my path who appeared out of nowhere to help me walk this new way. Out of my control, I felt a vortex open to admit many who till today are my family. Their souls reached out to me as my soul cried for help.

Many years later as I stood on stage revealing my identity and sharing my knowledge I know I had traversed the path of luck. I knew how to manifest luck. Moving with volition, my energy attracted others with similar energy.
It was the most exciting journey of my lifetime, one I wished for every human being to experience.
