If you have not started it is never too late to do so because there is a stark difference between people who set goals and ones who don’t. People who set goals are effectively re-directing their mind to what they want. This is fundamental to success. People who don’t set goals get easily distracted as there is no structure to what they really want to achieve - their mind is haphazard, over-active, not focused.
