How Do You Become An Ultimate Winner?

Trevor was fascinated with how employees in the organization he worked for described a winner. Sharon Osborne once said on the Oprah Winfrey show that she preferred to be a beautiful face alighting from an old car rather than a wrinkled woman in a posh one. He smiled as he recalled watching that segment and unfortunately, felt that most people he spoke to felt the same.

​Since Trevor was about to embark on a Culture Change initiative in his organization, he felt as HR Director that he would like to see his colleagues widen their scope of what made a winner. His wish was that everyone expanded their life to include other aspects beyond work and have a deeper dive into their identity.
