How is NLP effective for Women?

Men are from Mars and women are from Venus. The old landmark book that caused waves through society many decades ago, rang through Petra’s mind. She had done the NLP Practitioner course and found her purpose, a calling she knew was there for many years but she did not have a clue as to how she would find it.

Men are from Mars and women are from Venus. The old landmark book that caused waves through society many decades ago, rang through Petra’s mind. She had done the NLP Practitioner course and found her purpose, a calling she knew was there for many years but she did not have a clue as to how she would find it.
“Clicking in” to her unique selling proposition (USP), she was not just relieved at having found it but also excited at what lay ahead. What surfaced during the course was her special talent with women. This was not new information. It resonated with her.
She had women in trouble find her naturally. Enthusiastic to start her coaching practice, she decided it was crystal clear that she would focus on helping women find their path to purpose.
Her first step was to hire a business mentor and sign up for a business course. She had never run a business before. At the NLP Practitioner course, the facilitator stressed that tools shared would make participants great entrepreneurs.
Moving out of an employee mindset was critical. She had to make things happen. Create from nothing. Concepts she did not consider in the past as she was protected by a safety net of security.    
Her next step in creating her business was to decide where women needed help. She started making some rough notes;

• Being natural nurturers women needed to learn how to draw the line and say no
• As a corporate girl, she also observed women lacked confidence to step up the career ladder
• She wanted to help senior corporate women find their voice in being great presenters
• Many married women struggled with finding a balance between work and family

Petra herself experienced a tough journey to finding her purpose. It was not straightforward. She had to ask questions of those who had done it before, attend courses, read books and experience years of tumultuous emotional upheaval within her.

She wanted to accelerate this journey for others and make it less painful than what she had experienced. Her training would transfer skills to clients so they could self-manage. Her wish was to catapult her clients to fast results and enjoy life to the fullest.
Her blended learning approach which included training and coaching would give her clients an opportunity to meet others searching for the same. She had created online courses specifically so clients could find friends on the same path, some of whom would be lifetime buddies. This was what happened to Petra on her journey. An unexpected reward she had not anticipated!
Once Petra understood each client through her online course, she would recommend each to do some one-on-one coaching with her. Online too, it would be possible for her to reach everyone globally.
Then perhaps an online masterclass once everyone had learnt the tools and were ready to apply them to their individual contexts. Some were starting their own business, others were going to represent their companies and speak to media.
All of these had huge consequences and Petra was ready to guide them through the initial phase till they were on their feet and flying on a new level. It was all so exciting for her. She had seen talented women give up so much not knowing how to balance their family life.
And others who were streets ahead in intelligence but didn’t quite recognise it in themselves. The collaborative mindset of women was a known fact. Together they would make higher echelons of society and create a less divisive world.
Part of Petra’s objective was to set women free. She was so excited as she knew she was on the right path and it was just a matter of time before she would have her clients making a difference in the world. Amazing times were ahead! She had turned a corner.
