Installing A Culture of Self-management

​With logistics of a new year out of the way, it was time to get the ball rolling. Trevor felt everyone needed to settle in from the last year. He scheduled a start of February for his culture alignment project. He wanted this initiative to work. Focus was important since he was dealing with changing mindsets.
