Reflecting on the Past Year

Annabelle had been through so much in the past year. Having been in a dysfunctional relationship she had blamed everyone for anything that went wrong in her life.

Annabelle had been through so much in the past year. Having been in a dysfunctional relationship she had blamed everyone for anything that went wrong in her life.

Hiring Sandy, a Rapid Success Coach was the best thing she did. She could see clearer now and understood the part she played in creating bad outcomes. Here she was at the beginning of a new year, ready to play.

She reflected on her life in the past year and the turnaround she made in such a short time. She tabulated all the unwanted / bad habits she had eliminated. Wow! To think that she had lived with them for all her life. Now she could see how she had carried that burden for far too long. She felt so light. That old, dark, heavy feeling was totally gone. It gave her spirit to feel free. This was her life after all.

She continued to list other unhelpful programs she had deleted. As a result of eliciting her values, she found that she was in the wrong job. No wonder she had such a low level of motivation. This year she was ready to change jobs. In fact she had already applied for some open roles that she was excited about.

Her self-esteem too improved from this and lo and behold, she found by some miracle that her relationship too had improved by leaps and bounds. Some fundamental shifts that she made were apparent. She could push back in a discussion now and stand up for herself. Her pushover personality disappeared. It was such a relief. She was playing her game of life on new ground now.

Because she knew the values that drove her, she also felt passion spring to the fore. It was all connected. Happy about finding her self-esteem led to passion and excitement about the way forward. Working on her relationship with Sandy led to wins in other areas of her life – career, self, other relationships, hobbies and personal growth.

Sandy worked with her identity, the core of who she was and that impacted all her decisions moving forward. She had always imagined coaching would be painful and tiresome but the fun she had in discovering herself was something she would recommend all her friends.

Annabelle was also happy to see the back of her bad buying strategy. Her credit card bill was now in order and she didn’t have that impulse to buy unnecessarily anymore. She was in fact more cautious now asking herself if she really needed the item.

She could see the money she had saved in the following months from eradicating impulsive purchases which alleviated pressure off her spouse and made him happy too. She saw him smile every time she walked away from something she would otherwise have bought and commended her. He was beginning to feel proud of her, a side she had not seen before.

Annabelle could see how Rapid Success Coaching could change a person’s entire world with a few tweaks in the mind. Sandy being trained in the field was an expert. Her diagnosis was sharp and insightful plus she knew exactly where the problem was.

The cost of coaching which was a big deterrent for her in early days actually helped her save time and money. It was the total opposite of what she thought it would be.

She reflected again on the past year. She had made such great strides and there were more things to turn around. This year was one to execute. She would continue coaching sessions with Sandy to now focus on the future and generate new outcomes.

From eradicating negative old patterns to generating positive new ones. This is what she would focus on. She did not need one-on-one sessions anymore. In fact Sandy recommended that she join her online class “Create Your Future Now” where she would not only learn new processes but also learn how to do these with others.

It sounded like a good plan, one that she was going to execute. Exciting times lay ahead. She couldn’t wait......
